Hi Ladies,My kids can actually quote 45 minutes straight of Lion King 1 1/2. Actually I begged them to stop at that point but I'm fairly confident they could do the whole movie if allowed. My mom…Continue

We are completely eclectic.  I use Apologia for both science and bible, Math Mammoth with various math computer games, Pathway Readers, Story of the World and review items I receive throughout the year along with a lot of great freebies I catch all year long.

We do love it.  I have the audio cd's so that I don't have to do the reading part any longer but we can listen together while I am getting things done.  Bonus is that I can also take those lessons along in the car for appointments and things. :)

I'm hopping in here too. I homeschool my four kiddos using anything I can find and like. I'm extremely eclectic but bend toward a Charlotte Mason approach. Right now we are using

Word Alive for Bible and writing

The Dutch Twins for geography and literature (it's our read aloud)

The Story Book of Science by Jean Henri Fabre for science (sometimes a chapter actually covers several subjects and it's all we do because we've learned so much. They love this book!)

Peeps at Many Lands: Ancient Egypt (for History)

We're currently studying Spanish with Spanish For You (which I'm reviewing) and Hebrew with Evonne's resources. My husband says we are studying Spebrew. ;)

For Math we use Math Mammoth and I won't ever use anything else. I love, love it!

They do independent reading and narration too.
